Create your workspace

Register with your work email and company name. Your organisation is created automatically so you can invite teammates from Settings later.

Connect your calendar if you want booked appointments to sync to Google or Outlook. This step is optional but recommended before launch.

Upload and validate leads

Prepare a CSV with at least phone number, first name, and company. Use Lead Lists to import the file and map columns — CallForge flags invalid numbers before you spend credits.

Segment lists by campaign intent. A mortgage broker re-engagement list needs different scripting than a cold SaaS trial follow-up.

Configure your AI agent

In the campaign wizard, set voice, language, greeting, and objection handling. Add knowledge items for company overview, pricing, and common objections so answers stay on-brand.

Run a test call to your own mobile before going live. Listen for pacing, pronunciation of your brand name, and how the agent handles 'send me an email'.

Launch and monitor

Set business hours and retry rules to stay compliant with UK calling expectations. Launch the campaign and watch the dashboard for connect rates, outcomes, and booked meetings.

Review call transcripts daily for the first week. Small conversation guide tweaks often lift qualification rates more than voice changes.
